Since 1995, Canal Instrumente has stood for professional and high-quality instruments in the field of cosmetics and care. Our products fulfil high quality, precision and durability requirements.
Materials
All canal stainless steel instruments are made from high-quality, hardened surgical steel. They are rustproof, anti-allergenic, sterilisable and therefore particularly hygienic. The cases for the products are made of genuine leather, mostly recycled PET felt or Alcantara. Almost all of our brushes and combs are made from local beech wood and the instrument storage cases are made from solid real wood from Lebenshilfe Vorarlberg.
Handmade
Our scissors, pliers and tweezers are all sharpened by hand and therefore guarantee a very high degree of precision. For example, it takes 45 work steps to produce a pair of canal nail scissors The finest tips and precisely coordinated gripping and cutting surfaces are particularly important to ensure that the instrument closes precisely. This guarantees precise and comfortable use. The precision of the manufacturing process ensures not only exact application, but also a long service life for the instruments.
Longevity
A good product that lasts a lifetime has become a rarity in our fast-moving times. Our durable products conserve resources and are also a worthwhile investment in terms of their lifespan of several decades. Every stainless steel product can be reground up to three times. During the regrinding service, the instrument is also cleaned, oiled and the screws are tightened if necessary. Our diamond files last around 10 years for professional use and around 50 years for private use - glass files retain their grinding power for a lifetime.
A little tip: When the grinding power decreases, simply hold the file under running water and then dry it off. This will remove the nail dust and restore the file to its original excellent grinding ability.
